Wonkey is a digital platform designed to help users manage and boost their motivation across various personal and professional goals. By leveraging AI-driven insights, it provides personalized recommendations and progress tracking to keep users focused and inspired.

01 The Challenge

The challenge is to design a system that not only tracks users' progress but also offers personalized support, timely encouragement, and actionable insights to help them sustain motivation and achieve their goals effectively.


02 Problem space

Many people struggle with breaking bad habits or adopting positive ones, such as quitting smoking, waking up earlier, starting a fitness routine, losing weight, or preparing for an important exam. Despite strong intentions, maintaining consistent motivation can be a significant obstacle.

03 Project Goals

Wonkey aims to centralize personal goal tracking, enhance motivation through customized plans, provide regular feedback for user progress, and support the development of healthy habits. By integrating personalized insights and actionable recommendations, it ensures a more effective and engaging approach to managing motivation and achieving long-term success.

04 Business Model

Wonkey operates on a freemium model, offering users free access to basic features. Advanced tools and personalized insights are available through a paid subscription, providing users with enhanced functionality to maximize their progress and motivation.


05 User Research

In my user research process, I create detailed personas and user stories to understand users' needs, goals, and challenges. This helps me identify key information and actions required to design an intuitive and effective interface. By integrating these insights, I ensure the design aligns closely with user expectations and requirements.

06 Information Architecture

To build an easy-to-use and clean system with a large amount of features and modules, we had to prioritize and structure the information. This allowed us to place pieces of information on every page in a meaningful way.

07 Design

Adding a New Habit

Users can select and customize habit goals, allowing them to adjust and track progress according to specific dates and data inputs.

Personal Journal

A clear, functional, and accessible interface that enhances user experience while maintaining a delightful and intuitive design.

Break Bad Habit

Users can choose a bad habit to break, either from a predefined list or by defining their own. This flexibility allows for a more personalized approach to habit management.

Customization

Once a bad habit is selected, users can customize their experience by adjusting habit settings, setting reminders, and selecting motivational tools to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.

Joining a Challenge

Users can join challenges created by others or create their own, inviting friends to participate. This feature encourages social interaction and shared progress toward breaking habits.
